LOGIN INFORMATION

The Book Adoption Login form shows a list of the Terms that are open to submit Book Adoptions. To Login, enter your User ID (D#), and PIN number that you enter when you Login to Banner Self-Service, and click on the Login button.

If you have forgotten your PIN, please use the Forgot PIN? link on the left menu.

The Book Adoption Web Application has several different user levels: Faculty, Chairpersons / Administrative, Summer Bride/University Seminar, Bookstore, and Registrar / Administrator. The Book Adoption application has been created to permit different functionality based on the user levels. When you Login, the system will display the menu items related to your user level.
